LOBO Kaeng Pa Curry Paste 50g.

Authentic Thai Jungle Curry Paste with a bold, spicy flavour and aromatic Thai herbs and spices. An easy way to prepare traditional Kaeng Pa with beef or chicken at home.

Directions

1. Heat a pan. Add the curry paste and 250 g sliced beef or chicken. Stir-fry until cooked.
2. Add 1 cup (240 ml) water and bring to the boil.
3. Add Thai eggplant, bamboo shoots, long beans, kaffir lime leaves, holy basil and red chilli. Season to taste.
4. Bring back to the boil, remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.

น้ำพริกแกงป่าสำเร็จรูปจาก LOBO รสชาติจัดจ้าน หอมกลิ่นสมุนไพรและเครื่องเทศไทย เหมาะสำหรับทำแกงป่าเนื้อหรือไก่ได้ง่าย ๆ ที่บ้าน

วิธีทำ

1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำพริกแกงและเนื้อวัวหรือเนื้อไก่หั่น 250 กรัม ผัดจนสุก
2. เติมน้ำ 1 ถ้วย (240 มล.) แล้วต้มจนเดือด
3. ใส่มะเขือเปราะ หน่อไม้ ถั่วฝักยาว ใบมะกรูด ใบกะเพรา และพริกชี้ฟ้า ปรุงรสตามชอบ
4. ต้มจนเดือดอีกครั้ง ยกลงและเสิร์ฟพร้อมข้าวสวย
