Spicy Pork Spine Soup (Leng Zaap)

1. Bring water to a boil. Add 1 kg of chopped pork spine bones and boil for 10 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.
2. Bring 1.5 litres of fresh water to a boil.
3. Add the prepared pork bones and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour, or until tender.
4. Turn off the heat. Add 1 sachet (40 g) of this soup seasoning and stir until fully dissolved.
5. Garnish with sliced bird's eye chilies and culantro (long coriander) to taste. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestion:
This seasoning can also be used to make Spicy Chicken Feet Soup (Super Teen Gai) or with your preferred meat.
